One of the most significant additions to the game is the introduction of the Dive ability, which allows players to explore the underwater world of Pokémon Pokopia for the first time. This new ability is represented by a cute bubble that appears on the head of the player’s Ditto character, enabling them to survive beneath the waves for extended periods.
In addition to the Dive ability, players can now access a wide range of new recipes, emotes, hair colors, and other cosmetic items. These new additions can be obtained through various means, including completing quests, interacting with NPCs, and purchasing items from the in-game store.

Players who own the Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass will also be able to access the Bubbly Basin DLC, which offers a new area to explore and a variety of new challenges and rewards. To access the Bubbly Basin DLC, players must first learn the Dive move and upgrade the Bleak Beach’s Raise the Environment Level quest to level 5.
In the Bubbly Basin DLC, players will encounter new Pokémon, characters, and storylines, as well as new gameplay mechanics and challenges. This expansion offers a fresh and exciting experience for players who have already completed the main game.
