Exclusive: Sony Pictures Inks Deal for Jill Blankenship to Pen Medieval Action Film ‘Castle’

Sony Pictures has secured a deal with Jill Blankenship to pen the medieval action film ‘Castle’, which stems from an original idea from Chris Bremner’s production company, Unknown Quantity.

The plot details of ‘Castle’ remain under wraps, but we do know that Bremner will produce alongside his partner Jeff Arkuss, who played a crucial role in securing the deal.

The Black List thriller ‘Trapped’ is also set up with Sarah Bremner and Noah Oppenheim’s Prologue Entertainment, with Blankenship repped by WME, Kaplan/Perrone, and attorneys Abel Lezcano and Chris Namba.
